And while I have been loyal to those products for years, my preferences have changed in a few ways.
A new feature this year, is my list of products to avoid. One in particular really frustrated me, and thanks to them, I was provoked to create such a list.
Disagree with one of my choices? Let me know in the comments below! I'm always on the lookout for new products!
When cleaning your walls, take a wet rag, spritz a little Greased Lightning on it, and go to town.
I use it on my counters, the stove (MAGIC!), and even the tile floors. It's insane how it works. If I spray it on my counter - covered in coffee spills and drips - you can actually see the brown coffee stain rise up to the top of the bubbles. And then it wipes right off - just like that. No scrubbing - just a simple swipe with a paper towel and it's gone!
While last year I stated that Pine Sol, while still the best, wasn't meeting up to my standards, I can say I officially love this stuff. I seem to come across no issues with hardwood cleaning now, and Pine Sol gives an instantaneous shine!
Wood polishers don't cut it, at least the ones I have tried. This LA's Totally Awesome Orange Cleaner is the bee's knees though. Found at the Dollar Tree, yep - it only costs $1, this stuff works great! I definitely love using it on my woods - it gives it a super nice shine and smells great!
And here, my friends, are products to avoid:
The Magic Eraser. I used to love it. I used to rave about it. But after the mess it made on my walls, I will never ever again recommend this product. Unless you're looking for a headache, leave it on the shelf.

LA's Totally Awesome Calcium, Lime, and Rust Cleaner. Guess what this stuff doesn't do? Clean calcium, lime, or rust. And considering all of the precautions listed on the bottle, it's not worth it.
Mop and Shine. Want your floors to look filmy? Then this is the product for you!

This post was not endorsed by any of the above mentioned products. Just passing along my personal preferences.
