Spice Rubbed Chicken Fingers - Recipe

These chicken fingers have a fun Mexican taste to them. Not spicy to the mouth, but be wary if you've got chapped lips ;)

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pound of chicken breast tenders (about 7 of them)

Coat a broiler pan rack with cooking spray and preheat the broiler.
In a bowl, combine your spices.
Rub the spices into the chicken evenly on both sides.
Coat the chicken with cooking spray and let sit for 10 minutes.
Put your chicken into the broiler about 6" away from the heat.
Flip them every 3 minutes for 15 total minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 170° F.

  1. My husband would love this! He is into anything spicy and adds hot sauce even to Mac & Cheese.
