Ingredients:
- 2-4 pound beef chuck pot roast
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 3 onions, sliced
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced
- 1 cup of mushroom, sliced
- 1 cup of beef broth
Coat roast with flour, salt, and pepper.
Place celery into the slow cooker.
Add roast on top.
Evenly add the mushrooms and onions on top of the roast.
Pour in the beef broth.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 6-8 hours.
