Italian Breaded Pork Recipe

These are probably the best pork chops I've ever had and I'm sad I never tried it before. Delicious!

Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup of rye bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped

Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs (the smaller, the better), cheese and parsley.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until browned.
Discard the garlic. You are only using it to flavor the olive oil. (Believe me, it's worth it!)
In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture.
Coat it evenly! The cheese will melt, leaving bare areas if not coated properly.
Place the pork chops into the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
When flipping, use a spatula. Again the cheese is melting, so it will stick to the pan if not removed the right way.
Move pork chops to a cookie sheet and place in the oven OR if you are using an oven-proof skillet, move that straight to the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
